Latin root of "mirror","feminity",border of inside\outside; draws also a surgical instrument who permits to move apart flesh. Reflexion to the sense of self-filming,like a superficial pursuit of identity, a pursuit who is coupled with an erotic exposition of being. The central and omnipresent presence of the eye fixingthe lens of camera symbolizes this impermeable exposition,this invitation with a transparent but closed door. That's a reference of the short story "the story of the eye" by Bataille.

It turns a simple and often neglected act of screen direction into a playful meditation on spatial construction and a symbolic game of cinematic "hide and seek".
